Look forward to exciting encounters, inspiring discussions and lots of fun in one of the most beautiful corners of Austria.
Before we get started, we need a little more information from you. The registration form is super easy and can be completed in no time at all. And afterwards? Adventure time!
But remember: your place is only guaranteed once we have received your registration fee. You’ll find all the information you need after registering.

Heli’s B&B

If you plan on arriving early / late or if you need a pick up, please let us know in advance!
On arrival we got you covered with cold drinks and you have some spare time to refresh yourself (Wellness area with Sauna) from the journey before the party starts!

Welcome Party
Location: Heli’s B&B (Google Map)
The official “Kick of” begins at 19 o’clock @ Heli’s with the welcome party. This party will be themed “Apres-ski” and we would like to see you in an apres-ski outfit.
We prepared a typical apres-ski game and some themed drinks.
We will serve some typical Austrian street food.
Please let us know in advance if you have an allergy or prefer vegetarian food.

From History to Future
Location: Saalbach
Dresscode: Casual
We will receive a guiding through the “Heimathaus” from the vice mayor of Saalbach (Adress: General-Weitlaner-Weg 58, 5754 Saalbach, Google Map; duration 45 min)
Afterwards we will walk through Saalbach to the Tourist office where we will receive a presentation about the FIS Ski World Championship 2025 which will be hosted by Saalbach Hinter-glemm (Adress: Glemmtaler Landesstraße 550, 5753 Saalbach, Google Map; duration 45 min).

Spare Time / Shopping opportunity
For those who want to improve their party outfit for the night and look like a local in a “Lederhose” we organized a shopping trip.
For those who need a refresh break after the first party night we have planned in some spare time. The wellness aera at the hotel is also open again!

Shooting competition
Location: Schloß Kammer (Google Map)
After a welcome drink we will have a shooting completion (long range 120 m; small caliber) to find out the Champion of the Euromeeting.

Gala Dinner

Dresscode: preferred Lederhose or your national dress (It’s planned to attend a local party where many will wear a Lederhose after the Gala dinner)

Party

Party Time! We will transfer to Salfelden for the “Stoanna Mee Gaudi” https://www.stoanamee-gaudi.at/. One of the biggest beer tents in our region!

Activity: E-bike tour

For the afternoon we have planned a guided e-bike tour. We will split up in 2 groups (beginner / advanced). While the beginner group stays down in the valley the advanced group will climb to the top of the mountain (The detailed route planning obtains to the guides and will fit the level of the group; duration: 3 hours with breaks 😉
Dresscode: sport outfit! Necessary protection will be provided!

For the dinner we have planned to cook a local dish together with you (“Kas Nockn” aka Cheese dumplings).

After the dinner we will have our Nations night. This year we are again curious to see all off your performances.
Note: Each attending table has to perform! The OK-Team will select the best performance and will reword the table with a special price!
